More Takedowns RequestedCanon continued its efforts in fighting against infringement, seeking certain toner cartridges removed from Amazon listings.

Canon’s infringement report alleged that certain model CB540A, CB541A, CB542A and CB543A toner cartridges sold by AZ Supplies via infringed Canon’s U.S. Patent No. 8,588,646. Canon requested that Amazon remove AZ Supplies’ listings for those products, namely, AZ Supplies’ listings with Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (“ASINs”) B07ZTXDMVR and B07ZTX9TN6.
