Self-Nominations Encouraged for the 2026 RT Global Imaging Industry Awards

Nominations remain open for the 2026 RT Global Imaging Industry Awards, and industry professionals worldwide are encouraged to submit nominations, including self-nominations, before the July 20 deadline.

The annual awards program recognizes companies, organizations, and individuals that have made meaningful contributions to the global printer consumables and office imaging industry. In 2026, the awards feature 13 categories covering innovation, quality, service, sustainability, intellectual property, branding, remanufacturing, and industry influence.

For many companies, the strongest stories are already happening inside their own teams: product development breakthroughs, compliance achievements, customer service improvements, stronger global supply capabilities, and long-term contributions to the health of the aftermarket imaging supplies sector. The awards committee welcomes nominations submitted by colleagues, partners, customers, and nominees themselves.

There are three categories to consider.

IP Safe Award

The IP Safe Award is presented to the company or organization that has made an outstanding contribution to the research, development, production and/or promotion of products that respect the intellectual property of others with IP-safe remanufactured and/or compatible printer cartridges.

This category recognizes companies and organizations that take intellectual property seriously, support fair competition, and help promote non-infringing products in the global market.

2025 Winner

Best Supplier Award

The Best Supplier Award is presented to the company, organization or individual that best demonstrates loyalty and quality service through a strong sales and marketing business that promotes the benefits of using OEM and/or aftermarket toner and/or ink printer cartridges for desktop and office printers.

This category is ideal for suppliers with proven strengths in sales support, customer loyalty, global delivery, product availability, market development, and long-term business relationships.

2025 Winner

Excellent Service Award

The Excellent Service Award is presented to the company, organization or individual that has demonstrated going beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding support to their customers.

This category recognizes service-minded organizations and individuals that deliver responsive support, practical solutions, technical assistance, training, and customer-first value.

2025 Winner

All companies, organizations, and individuals involved in the imaging supplies industry are eligible to be nominated. Nominations may be submitted by the nominee or by another industry professional.

Nomination deadline: July 20, 2026
Awards ceremony: October 15, 2026
Venue: Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center, China

The winners will be announced and honored during the RT Global Imaging Industry Awards Ceremony, held alongside the 20th edition of RemaxWorld Expo.
