On the global stage, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini form two titan ecosystems. Domestically, ByteDance (Feishu), Tencent, and Alibaba (DingTalk + Tongyi) create a three-way power dynamic. In vertical segments, design, customer service, BI, Chinese companies are catching up fast, and in some niches, already leading.
