RemaxWorld Touted Premier Printer and Supplies Event Worldwide

For the first time in 4 years, thousands upon thousands of international and domestic visitors turned up at RemaxWorld Expo in Zhuhai China.

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise: this is literally the biggest event for the printer and supplies industry, anywhere in the world. The very visible international presence this year reflects visitors from 100+ countries. The expo has now been running for 17 years here in Zhuhai, China

It took three days to set up 406 exhibit booths including many international suppliers. Finally, on the morning of Day One, Chinese dancers welcomed record crowds and official guests hit the “magic” buttons to officially open the expo.

It is also obvious that face-to-face meetings have returned after the COVID years with buyers placing orders with suppliers on the booths and also visiting factories. The quality of the exhibits has surpassed those of any previous year. Senwill also set up a real, live cartridge production line at the show.

New visitors forged their first impression of the three-day event, experiencing the real buzz of the event in individual ways.

“We have been eagerly awaiting this moment to finally reunite with both familiar faces and new acquaintances from around the globe,” said Victoria Zhao, General Manager of C-RT, the event organizer.

Concurrently, an office equipment and consumables forum themed “Change: What’s New and What’s Next” was held on the first day with Chinese industry professionals sharing their expertise and achievements on e-commerce, leasing, printer production, brand innovation, and dealer networking.

The expo featured a diverse range of new wide format, thermal, inkjet, laser, handheld label printers, and copier devices from emerging OEMs in China.

Sushil Kumar, the owner of Itek India, showcased a toner cartridge that had been remanufactured an impressive 73 times.

The prestigious annual RT Imaging Industry Awards, featuring 16 finalists, were selected by 12 independent international judges from over a thousand nominations.

Eve Diamond, in a video presentation from California, USA, presented the Diamond Pioneering Award, named in memory of her late father, Art Diamond, to Graham Galliford.

The remaining 15 winners, scrutinized by the same panel of 12 independent international judges, were as follows:

The big boss of the French-based Comexposium, which now owns the major share of RemaxWorld, came all the way from Paris to attend RemaxWorld Expo.

Renaud Hamaid (pictured) heads up Comexposium which brings 3.5 million visitors and 48,000 exhibitors together at more than 150 events across more than 10 industry sectors including agriculture, construction, fashion, food, health, leisure, tourism sectors and now in printers, copiers and consumables.
