Spanning three key cities -Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta – the event created an efficient business matchmaking platform connecting Chinese office equipment and consumables suppliers with Southeast Asian markets.

Three Dynamic Stops Across Southeast Asia

The tour kicked off on April 9 in Bangkok at the Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok. As a major commercial hub in Southeast Asia, Bangkok attracted a strong presence of local distributors, wholesalers, and end users. Chinese exhibitors showcased a wide range of products, including compatible consumables, remanufactured toner cartridges, and ink cartridges, drawing significant interest from Thai buyers. The event saw active discussions and multiple cooperation intentions formed on-site.

The second stop took place on April 13 in Kuala Lumpur at the Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur. As a key ASEAN economy, Malaysia demonstrated strong demand for office imaging products. Chinese suppliers engaged in in-depth exchanges with local distributors, reaching several preliminary procurement agreements on compatible consumables and printer components. Many buyers highlighted the strong price-performance advantage of Chinese products in the Malaysian market.

The final stop was held on April 16 in Jakarta at The Westin Jakarta, successfully bringing the tour to a close. As the largest economy in Southeast Asia, Indonesia offers vast market potential. The event witnessed vibrant engagement, with exhibitors and Indonesian buyers conducting efficient face-to-face meetings on products such as used printers and copiers, as well as compatible consumables, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Across all three stops, the expo attracted a large number of professional buyers from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Chinese exhibitors engaged directly with local partners, showcasing products including compatible consumables, remanufactured cartridges, used and refurbished printers and copiers, and spare parts.

During the tour, multiple companies secured on-site purchase agreements, while many others established long-term business connections.
