RT VIP Imaging Expo Asia 2026 Kicks Off in Bangkok with Strong Visitor Interest

Following several months’ busy preparation, RT VIP Imaging Expo-Asia 2026 officially kicked off its first stop in Bangkok, Thailand, on April 9.

Designed to facilitate efficient, face-to-face meetings, this one-day VIP event aims to create a platform where local buyers can connect with reliable suppliers and explore new business opportunities right at their doorway.

As soon as on-site preparations were completed before noon, invited visitors began arriving at the reception desk, eager to explore the latest product solutions displayed on booths. Exhibitors, busy engaging with local buyers at their booths, barely had time to step away—even to grab lunch.

Held in a five-star hotel ballroom, the Thailand event offered a comfortable and professional environment for in-depth communication and engagement. Attendees and leading international suppliers were seen having face-to-face meetings at booths, along the aisles, or over refreshments.

Throughout the event, a variety of food, snacks, coffee and tea were served, allowing both visitors and exhibitors to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while conducting business.

“We want to create a relaxing yet efficient environment for industry professionals to meet, exchange ideas, explore new solutions, identify market needs, and most importantly, build meaningful connections,” said Cecile Zheng, Deputy General Manager of C-RT, the event organizer.

As one of Southeast Asia’s key markets, Thailand printing and imaging market remains vibrant, driven by stable business printing demand, the rapid growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the government’s accelerating push toward digital transformation.

“Thailand buyers are looking for more than just reliable,high-performance printing devices and consumables. Device maintenance and stability of the consumables supply chain are as important as price,” Cecile noted.

RT VIP Imaging Expo events are tailored for distributors, importers, wholesalers, office equipment dealers, and high-volume buyers looking for reliable suppliers and new growth opportunities. Typically held over one day, the format also allows exhibitors to explore the local market or visit customers in the city before heading to the next destination.

Following the Thailand stop, the event will continue in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on April 13. More updates to come—stay tuned.
