Konica Minolta USA released a mobile app to improve on-the-go printing.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA recently released their Mobile Print app to improve on-the-go printing, offering a similar interface between iOS, Android and Windows applications.

Recognizing the mobile-centric world of today, Konica Minolta senior vice president for Business Intelligence Services and Product Planning Kevin Kern said he understood people must have the ability to quickly print, scan and store files using their smartphones.

The Mobile Print app’s features include recognition technology to identify and register compatible printers and execute mobile commands, secure printing, specifying page range d simplex or duplex output.

The app can be downloaded, free of charge, from the Apple App Store, Google Play or Windows Store.

The app also provides for advanced security options like user authentication and account tracking.
