Kodak’s lawsuit for printer patent infringement

Kodak, who fights to sell its imaging patents, now finds itself in lawsuit for printer patent infringement.

Kyocera Corp, a Japan-based printer manufacturer, accuses that Kodak has been infringing their printer patents, as well as camera patents. The company also claims Kodak will cause “irreparable harm” if the conduct continues.

Kodak, who is now working to exit bankruptcy filed in January 2012. It has yet to respond the case.

Kyocera, meanwhile, is seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages from the lawsuit.
