Mark Dawson (pictured) stepped down from his role as Clover’s Director of Channel & Brand sales in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) effective January 31st 2017.
Back in July 2014 the business activities of Clover and MSE in the EMEA territories were merged. Dawson, who had previously led MSE’s EMEA business, was tasked with integrating the businesses to deliver the maximum value to customers.
“I led many sales and marketing aspects of this project in a large number of territories,” Dawson told RT Media. “I am pleased to report that this work has been completed.” He also told RT Media he would be taking a break for a few months before embarking on new challenges.
Dawson spoke confidently about how focused The Clover Imaging Group had become in EMEA driving customer value further. “The major changes that were made last year in Logistics and Customer Care are now bearing fruit,” he added. “There are very strong management and commercial teams at CIG and they are taking excellent care of customers and business partners and will continue to do so during the coming months and years. It has been an absolute privilege for me to work with such a professional management team on this project and I have no doubt at all that the company will go on to even greater success”.
