Nominations Now Open for the 2026 RT Global Imaging Industry Awards

RemaxWorld Expo 2026 announces that nominations for the 2026 RT Global Imaging Industry Awards are officially open as of today, honoring individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the global printer consumables and office imaging industry.

Held alongside the 20th edition of RemaxWorld Expo, this annual awards program aims to recognize and celebrate achievements across the full spectrum of the imaging supplies sector – highlighting those who drive the industry forward through innovation, leadership, quality, and service.

In 2025, the awards received over 1,000 nominations from across the globe, reflecting the growing engagement of the international imaging community, with 12 outstanding winners honored on stage.

About the Awards – 13 Categories

The 2026 RT Global Imaging Industry Awards feature 13 categories, covering the breadth of achievement across the imaging supplies sector:

IP Safe Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that has made an outstanding contribution to the research, development, production and/or promotion of products that respect the intellectual property of others with IP-safe remanufactured and/or compatible printer cartridges.
Best Supplier Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that best demonstrates loyalty and quality service through a strong sales and marketing business that promotes the benefits of using OEM and/or aftermarket toner and/or ink printer cartridges for desktop and office printers.
Diamond Pioneer Award
Presented in memory and honor of imaging pioneer Art Diamond (1930-2016) to an individual that demonstrates a unique enterprising, pioneering or entrepreneurial spirit that advances the imaging industry.
Environment Betterment Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that initiates, develops or promotes environmentally friendly products, services, solutions and/or methods pertaining to the imaging supplies industry.
Excellent Service Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that has demonstrated going beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding support to their customers.
Copier Supplies Global Brand Award
Presented to the company which has developed a strategy to advance its copier imaging supplies, products and services to its customers, using a clearly defined brand.
Printer Supplies Global Brand Award
Presented to the company which has developed a strategy to advance its printer imaging supplies, products and services to its customers, using a clearly defined brand.
Industry Breakthrough Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that develops a solution that solves or addresses an aftermarket imaging supplies issue or obstacle.
Outstanding Awareness Campaign Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that has run a memorable or unique campaign to the market, that promotes the benefits of using aftermarket imaging supplies, products and services.
Quality Leader Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual who promotes, educates, and advances the use of standards which raise the quality of imaging supplies.
Technology Innovation Award
Presented to a company, organization or individual that invents a new product or technology, or non-infringing solution for the imaging supplies industry.
Remanufacturing Achiever Award
Presented to an individual or organisation who clearly demonstrates an outstanding achievement in the remanufacturing of imaging equipment and/or supplies.
Industry Influence and Leadership Award
Presented to the company, organization or individual that effectively leverages social and digital media to demonstrate outstanding leadership, influence, and trust, setting higher benchmarks in quality and innovation to better serve the aftermarket imaging supplies industry.

All companies, organizations, and individuals involved in the imaging industry are eligible to be nominated.

Nominations are open to the public and can be submitted either by the nominee themselves or by others.

Required Information: Each nomination must include the nominee’s full name or company name, email address, selected award category, and a clear, detailed description of the nominee’s achievements, contributions, and impact on the industry. Incomplete submissions will be considered invalid.
Additional Notes: There is no limit to the number of nominations that may be submitted. You may nominate multiple individuals or organizations across different categories. However, duplicate nominations for the same candidate in the same category will be counted only once.

Judging and Final Announcement

A distinguished panel of international judges – comprising independent industry experts and scholars – will evaluate all nominations to ensure fairness and transparency. The shortlist will be announced in August 2026. Winners will be officially revealed and honored on stage at the awards ceremony on October 15, 2026.
