HP Unveils New Solutions to Accelerate Business AI Adoption

HP has announced a major refresh of its commercial AI portfolio, introducing new AI-powered PCs, collaboration tools, workstations, and enterprise services designed to help organizations deploy artificial intelligence at scale.

The expanded lineup includes updated EliteBook and Z-series devices, Poly AI collaboration solutions, and a range of enterprise AI services. HP said the new offerings aim to address key challenges businesses face when adopting AI, including data security, regulatory compliance, deployment costs, and long-term system management.

According to HP, AI is becoming increasingly integrated into daily business operations, with more than 60% of companies already incorporating AI into their workflows. However, many organizations continue to struggle with governance, predictable implementation costs, and maintaining AI systems after deployment.

To support enterprise adoption, HP is strengthening its integrated hardware, software, and service ecosystem. The company is enhancing its commercial AI PCs with upgraded AI capabilities and introducing a new AI assistant platform that supports both local and cloud-based AI models. The platform can run AI models locally, enabling offline use while improving data privacy and reducing response times.

Among the new products are the HP EliteBook X Flip G2i, a premium AI business laptop, and the HP EliteBoard G1a, a lightweight desktop solution designed for mobile and hybrid workers. HP also unveiled the latest version of its high-end business notebook, the HP Zhan X Pro, aimed at professionals who require advanced AI performance, connectivity, and security.

For enterprise customers, HP introduced several AI workstation-based solutions capable of private, on-premises deployment. These systems are tailored for industries such as manufacturing, construction, education, retail, and healthcare, allowing organizations to deploy AI applications while maintaining control over sensitive data.

The company also expanded its “AI as a Service” offering, providing end-to-end support ranging from AI strategy and solution design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

To help IT leaders manage increasingly complex environments, HP launched VSH 2.0, an upgraded AI-powered service platform that offers 24/7 multilingual support, remote management capabilities, and centralized oversight across devices and business systems.

In addition, HP announced updates to its Poly AI audio and video collaboration portfolio. New features such as AI-powered camera directing, speaker tracking, intelligent noise reduction, and enhanced voice pickup are designed to improve hybrid meeting experiences.

Zhou Xinhong, Vice President of HP China and General Manager of the Greater China Personal Systems Business, said China remains a key strategic market for HP. He emphasized the company’s commitment to combining global AI technologies with local business needs to help Chinese enterprises build secure, scalable, and sustainable AI capabilities.

HP said it will continue working with ecosystem partners to develop AI solutions that improve employee productivity, business efficiency, and future workplace experiences.
