MAXHUB Partners with JD to Launch Smart Office Program

CVTE’s smart office brand MAXHUB has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JD.com and jointly launched an AI accessibility initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of intelligent office solutions across businesses.

The program, titled “Smart Meetings, Smarter Enterprises,” will see the two companies collaborate in areas including AI technology, product innovation, workplace solutions and market services, with a focus on making smart office technologies more practical and widely available.

The partnership leverages the strengths of both companies. MAXHUB brings experience in smart conferencing hardware, AI algorithms and scenario-based office solutions, while JD.com contributes its supply chain capabilities, AI infrastructure, nationwide logistics network and enterprise customer resources. Together, the companies aim to build an integrated ecosystem covering technology, application scenarios, distribution channels and services.

At the signing event, the two sides also unveiled their first jointly developed smart meeting solution. The platform combines JD.com’s JoyInside AI capabilities and JingME collaborative office system with MAXHUB’s AI-powered hardware. Built on a three-layer AI architecture, the solution is designed to improve meeting management, automated record-keeping and information organization, offering businesses a plug-and-play AI conferencing experience.

The companies said a new generation of jointly developed conference terminals is scheduled to launch in June this year.

In addition to product development, the partnership will expand trade-in and installation services for enterprise customers. Through JD.com’s nationwide warehousing and logistics network, businesses will be offered integrated delivery, installation and setup services for conference display systems. The two companies also plan to streamline the trade-in process, covering evaluation, recycling and subsidy support, in an effort to reduce equipment upgrade costs for enterprises.

On the market side, JD.com’s enterprise business division will work closely with MAXHUB’s nationwide offline service network to provide lightweight, customized and scenario-driven smart office solutions for companies in sectors such as healthcare, energy and finance.

Looking ahead, the two companies said they plan to extend their cooperation beyond meeting scenarios into broader smart workplace applications powered by AI. They also intend to promote industry standards for conference display technologies while developing tailored solutions for industries including healthcare, energy, finance and manufacturing.

The partnership marks a new stage of collaboration between the two firms as they seek to support enterprise digital transformation and drive higher-quality business development through AI-enabled office technologies.
