Kyocera UK Appoints ECOSYS Hardware & Toner Distributor

Kyocera Document Solutions UK has appointed UFP (UK) Ltd as a Tier 1 distributor for its ECOSYS hardware and wholesale toner range.

Under the agreement, UFP will supply ECOSYS hardware and wholesale toner to channel customers, as well as ECOSYS and TASKalfa fulfilment toner to Kyocera’s authorised servicing dealers. The appointment marks a renewal of a previous relationship, as UFP had previously distributed Kyocera genuine consumables.

The partnership expands Kyocera’s UK distribution network and broadens UFP’s product offering. UFP will add Kyocera devices and genuine toner to its portfolio, while Kyocera strengthens its presence in the reseller market through an additional distributor with established links across the print and IT channel. Both companies said they expect the transition to be straightforward for existing resellers and dealers, citing UFP’s existing relationships with Kyocera partners.

Pete Lunn, Head Sales Lead at Kyocera Document Solutions UK, said the company was pleased to resume working with UFP, highlighting its experience in the reseller market. Adam Collier, General Manager at UFP, said the appointment reflects a shared focus on developing the partnership and delivering value to customers, while supporting long-term growth for both organisations.
