3D printing brand XYZprinting will soon be available in Sri Lankan after John Keells Office Automation (JKOA) unveiled its release into the local market.

The brand’s products that will be available through JKOA, will include many from the daVinci range including the daVinci 3D pen – a standalone device that allows users to create 3d objects or doodles without a computer or design software, daVinci full-color FFF inkjet 3D printer, daVinci MiniMaker and the Mini WiFi. The release will also include the 1.0A intermediate printer as well as the 2.0A DUO (which is similar but with two print heads, allowing two materials and/or colors to print simultaneously).

As well as the daVinci range, JKOA will also release XYZprinting’s Nobel 1.0A and Nobel Superfine (both advanced high-resolution 3D printers for printing with delicate detail) and the 3D Scanner pro, which is currently described as “the most versatile, lightweight, and affordable 3D scanner on the market”.

Dinukshi Kirthisinghe, JKOA’s Product Manager, said: “The introduction of the innovative XYZprinting 3D printer brand to Sri Lanka is a landmark event, enabling new horizons to open up for the local industry. Whatever preconceived notions you had about the capabilities of printers to date, be prepared for them to be shattered. With XYZprinting products, you now have a whole new, boundless world of creativity accessible to you.”
