Canon Signs It’s 100th MPS Contract in the UAE

Everyone is celebrating at Canon Emirates (CE) following the signing of the 100th Managed Print Service (MPS) contract and the establishment of Canon Business Services at Palazzo Versace in the UAE.

Canon Business Services is finding its strategy to be quite successful in maintaining long-term relationships in the UAE, by facilitating the way enterprises associate with customers. This is being achieved through innovatively improving and managing print to mail room and print room services.

The OEM claims its strength in the market, its continuous dedication to supporting customers and the consciousness of sustainability are evident through this signing up of its 100th MPS customer.

Managed print services has reduced Canon’s hardcopy fleet by 60%, helped businesses reduce their paper consumption, while increasing security and cost savings on print activities.

In addition, Canon says its refurbishing and remanufacturing of used cartridges extends the products’ life span. Canon initiated the recycling program for toner and ink cartridges in the UAE in 2012.
