Sharp Changes To Top Management
Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), the U.S. subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, has made new changes to its top management team.
According to twice.com, Sharp promoted Mike Marusic (left) to chief operating officer (COO) of SEC as well as executive vice president of marketing for Sharp’s business-to-business (B2B) sector. Meanwhile, Sharp also promoted Moonsun Park (right) to vice president, SEC Controller.
With the appointment, Marusic will report directly to the president, chief executive officer and chairman of SEC, Doug Albregts, and will be responsible for directing all functions related to operations, corporate marketing, services, information technology, human resources, facilities and purchasing. He will also continue to oversee the marketing strategies for B2B operations.
In her new position, Moonsun Park will continue to report to Bill Flynn, senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and will be responsible for general accounting, consolidations and reporting, FP&A, and AP.
