Ricoh Teams Up with Brother to Provide Expanded A4 Lineup
Ricoh USA, Inc. (Ricoh) and Brother International Corporation-USA (Brother) just announced a strategic alliance in the United States, aimed at delivering a comprehensive range of A4 office print solutions.
“At a time when companies are faced with evolving business requirements and the need to do more with less, Ricoh found in Brother the perfect ally to bring our customers more cost-effective, secure print solutions that seamlessly integrate within existing print infrastructures,” said Scott Dabice, Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Operations, Ricoh North America. “This is a win for businesses operating in hybrid and space-constrained locations, as modern A4 devices have become more capable of meeting business needs for document imaging and workflow management. Through this agreement with Brother, we are excited to now add their line of business class A4 MFPs and printers, the Workhorse Series, to complement our robust office portfolio to meet the needs of our customers and dealer partners.”
Ricoh will now incorporate the Brother Workhorse Series into its lineup—including single-function printers and all-in-one desktop devices like the Brother HL-L6415DW and MFC-L6915DW—to strengthen its A4 offerings. These devices will complement Ricoh’s existing models such as the award-winning RICOH IM C320F and RICOH P C375, adapting to the ongoing shift toward hybrid and remote work environments that demand compact, decentralized print solutions.
The combination of Ricoh’s service capabilities and Brother’s proven A4 print technology will provide businesses of all sizes with more affordable, high-quality imaging devices that streamline digital workflows and support mobile and cloud solutions to accommodate flexible work environments. Industries with high document demands, including healthcare, legal, financial, and retail, will benefit from the expanded portfolio to manage their complete print infrastructure through a unified vendor and a common print management platform.
