Ricoh Acquires Peru Office S.A (Stansa)

Ricoh del Peru S.A. (Ricoh), subsidiary of Ricoh Latin America, Inc., agreed to purchase the Peruvian company Peru Office S.A. (Stansa), a provider of integrated solutions, professional, digital and printing services. The acquisition is the latest action in strategic regional investments Ricoh Latin America has undertaken to broaden and deepen its service portfolio.

According to Ricoh, the integration of the new professionals, along with the experts in solutions designing of document management technology, will bring a range of benefits to Ricoh customers. “The highly qualified talent from the Peru Office S.A. will allow Ricoh to offer a wide arrange of professional and specialized services with increased value throughout the Peruvian market,” said Peter Stuart, President and CEO of Ricoh Latin America. “We are very proud to start working and maximizing the capabilities and benefits that the combined companies will bring to our customers in the areas of professional services and managed document solutions.”

Peru Office S.A. (Stansa) brings to the table 65 years in the technology market, which positively complements the knowledge and experience Ricoh already offers. Stansa will continue to operate under its name, team and current management capabilities, including more than 260 employees in offices across the country. Peru Office S.A. became wholly owned by Ricoh Peru S.A., subsidiary of Ricoh Latin America on December 30, 2014.
