New Cartridge Recycling Program Founded

A leading supplier of graphics arts, design and technology solutions is getting more environmentally friendly, by recycling the company’s empty printer cartridges in Australia.

According to wideformatonline.com, Roland DG Australia will partner with Close the Loop, the largest recycling and recovering resources company in Australia for imaging consumables. Close the Loop claims it is able to reuse or recycle 100% of every inkjet cartridge collected. Roland DG reveals that the aim of its Cartridge Recycle Program is to alleviate the company’s impact on the environment.

If customers need to recycle their empty Roland cartridges, they can simply bring them to a local dealer or an authorised Roland service agent. Close the Loop will take the responsibility to collect and process those empty cartridges. It is a free service for Roland DGs customers.
