New Member Adds to Board of Office Depot

Office Depot has appointed Kristin Campbell as a director of the Board of Directors, serving on the Audit Committee.

The Chairman and CEO of Office Depot, Roland Smith, stated, “We are excited to welcome Kristin to our board. Her executive leadership experience, including nearly two decades in the office products industry, brings valuable perspective to Office Depot as the company works to deliver long-term shareholder value.”

According to Office Depot, Campbell was a lawyer at Goodwin Proctor, Rackemann and Sawyer & Brewster. Later she worked at Staples for 18 years, holding the positions of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The latest posts she served were the Executive Vice President and General Counsel in Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. for almost five years.
