Million-Dollar Imaging Dealership Acquired
A U.S.-based independent dealer of document-imaging and digital-content solutions company has acquired Enoch Office, the multi-million imaging dealership founded in 1961.
DEX Imaging is allegedly the largest independent dealer of document-imaging and digital-content solutions in the United States, according to wirthconsulting.org. The company says it provides copiers, printers, MFPs and office equipment throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Based in Maryland, the acquired Enoch Office started as a family-run business and operated in homes, and mainly services the Baltimore area. Its industry reputation grew along the way, and is now worth $4.6 million. The company today provides services in document management & workflow solutions for any size business or budget. OEM products carried by Enoch Office include Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, and HP.
The CEO of DEX, Dan Doyle Jr., commented: “The addition of Enoch Office supports our strategy to strengthen and expand our services in Baltimore, providing even more product offerings and enhanced service manpower to the region.”
DEX has acquired four other dealerships in the southeastern region since the beginning of the year.
The document imaging dealer sells and services Konica Minolta, Canon, Kyocera, and HP copiers and printers and has developed patented software for managing document and other imaging assets.
