Kyocera Appoints Service Partner in South Africa

Kyocera Document Solutions has partnered with PartServe for its repair service and official parts distribution for printers and multifunction products (MFPs) in South Africa.

Kyocera claims customers will benefit from the partnership, as it offers workshop repair service for every customer throughout the country. This is in keeping with Kyocera’s commitment to its standard carry-in warranty on all its printers and small desktop MFPs range.

Paul Wendlandt, customer services support manager for Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa, said: “In our service delivery plan with PartServe, we have targeted our range of printers and entry-level MFPs aimed mainly at consumer and SOHO markets.” He further added, “We are pleased to engage with a reputable service provider like PartServe that is highly experienced in offering such services and are unwavering in its commitment to customer satisfaction.”

PartServe will offer complementary services to the existing authorized service channel, including warranty repair at the regional service centers and spare part supply to the targeted printer repair agents.
