Konica Minolta has welcomed its newest Senior Vice President of Dealer Sales: Laura Blackmer.

The company recently announced Laura Blackmer as their new Senior Vice President of Dealer Sales.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA wrote in a press release Ms Blackmer would actively assume the role as of December 15, 2017, and would be responsible for assisting the company’s dealer channel drive growth and leverage emerging market opportunities, whilst reporting directly to Konica Minolta Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development Sam Errigo.

According to Konica Minolta, Ms Blackmer has considerable experience in the industry with prior roles in sales and executive leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and has received many awards, including receiving the “Best Female Executive” for three consecutive years at the Frank Awards.

“Laura is a recognized thought leader in our industry and I’m confident she will be a tremendous asset toward the growth of our award-winning suite of technologies and solutions as we continue our transformation into an IT Services and Managed Service business,” Konica Minolta President and CEO Rick Taylor said.

“I’m proud and very excited to be joining Konica Minolta during this time of innovative products and services,” Ms Blackmer said.
