Konica Minolta to Strengthen Customer Base in France

According to Konica Minolta, its business technologies sales company in France has signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of two French MFP (multi-functional peripheral) sales companies. Konica Minolta Business Solutions France S.A.S. will acquire Bourges-based Dactyl Buro du Centre and OMR Impressions based in Saint-Sebastian-Sur-Loire. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the French Competition Authority

According to TonerNews, the two companies are now held by their holding company Finance et Conseil du Centre. After the acquisition is completed, the two companies will run as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Konica Minolta Business Solutions France S.A.S.
