G&G Elevates Printing with Latest Entry-Level to Industrial-Grade DTF Solutions

G&G Image is proud to announce the launch of two innovative Direct to Film (DTF) printers, alongside advanced ink solutions, designed to serve businesses of all sizes. This new product line provides a seamless, high-quality printing pathway for everyone from small entrepreneurs to large-scale industrial producers.

Addressing the Limitations of Traditional Printing

Traditional method of printing often struggle to meet modern demands for speed, volume, and design complexity. Common challenges include:

  •  Complicated screen printing that only makes small batches of orders,
  • Heat transfers appear stiff on dark fabrics
  •  Direct to fabric printing limits material usage
  •  Complex designs cannot be achieved which limits creative designs

G&G’s Commitment to Advanced Printing Technology

In response to the increasing demand for DTF printing and the ongoing challenge in providing high-quality DTF solutions, G&G is taking the initiative and has developed A3 DTF printers and High-speed industrial DTF printer including high-performance inks to cater to diverse production needs.

Key Advantages of G&G Solutions:

  1. Reliable White Ink Flow: Undergoes a five level nano-filtration process to remove sediments ensuring a consistent and clog-free ink flow.
  2. Vibrant Colors and Brilliant Whites: Premium coating materials combined with nano-level grinding and dispersion, deliver a rich color gamut. The white ink utilizes titanium dioxide for a high refractive index, resulting in superior brightness.
  3. Unmatched Wash Fastness and Flexibility: The use of Polyurethane (TPU) hot melt adhesive powder ensures excellent bonding and flexibility. This, combined with a high-elasticity PU/TPU film, prevents cracking and maintains pattern integrity over time.
