Four Seizure and Forfeit Orders Issued

Three Californian companies have been issued seizure and forfeiture orders by the United States International Trade Commission (USITC).

Green Project Inc. allegedly attempted to import ink cartridges and components violating Epson’s 337-TA-946 investigation. Another order was also issued to the same company for shipping inkjet ink supplies and components that violated the 337-TA-691 investigation regarding HP.

The inkjet ink cartridges with print heads and components of two companies, Golden State FC LLC and Discount Ink Inc., have been denied entry as well for violating the GEO 337-TA-723 investigation.

The U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection have denied the entry of all the aforementioned imports, and USITC issued four separate seizure and forfeit orders against these three companies.
