Epson Adds Two New EcoTank Models

Sharp Adds Four New Models To Highly Successful Color Advanced And Essentials Series MFP Line-Up (PRNewsFoto/Sharp Imaging and Information…)

Epson America has launched two new EcoTank printers, which are said to be cost-effective and convenient printing solutions for consumers and businesses.

According to Epson, the new Expression® ET-2650 and ET-2600 EcoTank® all-in-one Supertank printers are equipped with the cartridge-free printing and easy-to-fill, super-high-capacity ink tanks. By using those ink tanks, the printers contain up to two years of ink in each box to print up to 4,000 pages black and 6,500 pages color.

Further, Epson noted that the new printers can be regarded as an economical solution for the home, as it can help save up to 80% on ink with low-cost replacement bottles. In addition, two new models offer various wireless printing solutions to the tablet and smartphone users, including printing documents, webpages, emails, and photos.

Nils Madden, marketing director for Desktop Imaging and Printing at Epson America, said, “Supertank printers have seen great success in the North American printer market since the initial launch of EcoTank models for businesses and consumers. The Expression ET-2650 and ET-2600 EcoTank printers expand Epson’s line of Supertank printers and continue to address the needs of everyday home printing needs, offering an unbeatable combination of value and convenience.”

As disclosed, the Expression ET-2650 EcoTank will be available February 2017 through major computer, office and electronic retailers, and on the Epson store (www.epsonstore.com). Meanwhile, the Expression ET-2600 EcoTank ($279.99 MSRP) will be available February 2017 online.
