Claim Filed by OEM for Monetary Loss

Xerox Corp. has indicted a school district in California for its failure to pay the office equipment rental.

The claim against East Whittier City School District alleged that the defendant breached the contract for not making the monthly payments to Xerox for leased equipment. According to Northern California Record, the OEM demands for principals at the amount of $466.28, $6,468.73, $564.81, $53,014.16, $4,644.48, and $101,944.24, plus an annual interest of 18% for all the owed payments.

The claim has been filed to the U.S. District Court for Central District of California.
