KYOCERA Intros latest A3 Black & White MFPs

KYOCERA Document Solutions UK Ltd, completes its entry level range of A3 mono multifunction devices with the launch of the TASKalfa 1801 and TASKalfa 2201. These feature-rich MFPs, with print speeds of up to 22ppm (A4), ensure users get many of the intuitive functions normally available on higher end devices, enhancing overall workflow and performance.

The TASKalfa 1801 replaces the TASKalfa 181 and the TASKalfa 2201 the TASKalfa 221. The advanced functionality and lower purchase price of the new MFPs makes them the ideal choice for busy offices looking for cost effective solutions.

Zoe Thomas, Product Marketing Manager, KYOCERA Document Solutions UK Ltd said: “We have added convenient features that increase productivity in this update to our A3 MFP range. We’re offering a 400 sheet capacity and print and colour scan functionality as standard while ID Card Copy and Print Box functionality provide seamless workflow for when you need to digitise documents and quickly get them where they need to be.”

Keeping documents confidential in a small office or business can be a challenge which is why both models are equipped with the Print Box function, similar to Private Print. It lets users temporarily store documents on the user PC as a print job and print on demand simply by pressing the ‘Print Box’ button MFP, which enhances security because prints are only printed when the recipient is ready to collect them.

KYOCERA has incorporated long life technology into the new MFPs. A 150,000 page drum means fewer maintenance cycles which ensures uptime is maximised. Thomas adds: “Our extended range of robust MFPs adopts a new engine leading to a competitive purchase price for the devices and, combined with low running costs, gives exceptional value for every office user. By accelerating workgroup productivity without compromising on environmental features these products really are a cut above the rest.”
