Cartridge World Reorganises Leadership

Following its recent strategic meetings during the RemaxWorld Expo in Zhuhai, China, the board of Cartridge World has re-arranged its Senior Management team.

With the company becoming a major manufacturer and supplier of high quality Cartridge World printer cartridges, Peter Lim has been appointed Vice President and Global COO to oversee the operational activities of the network and the growing product supply chain of the business.

Steve Weedon has been appointed the CEO of PrintWorld, the Cartridge World unique new mobile printing technology system and also act as the Senior Board Advisor of Cartridge World where he will continue to contribute his vast industry experience and business insights for Company Strategy.

When launched, PrintWorld is designed to make printing solutions more available to mobile workers. The Cartridge World PrintWorld app allows consumers to access ‘print-on-the-go’ Samsung-powered PrintWorld print stations from their smartphones and tablets. The project will see millions of mobile workers use the PrintWorld app to scan, print and copy documents while away from their offices.

As well as the awarding of Master Franchisees in many countries still yet to be opened by Cartridge World, the sales and marketing of the global network of Cartridge World stores will be managed by Global Chief Development Officer Harry Stoubos.

Mark Pinner has been appointed USA CEO and also retains his Global CTO responsibilities.

Rod Young (pictured), the former Senior Board Advisor of Cartridge World has been appointed Global CEO.

Rod Young told RT Media, “Peter Lim will strengthen and complement the senior management team with his depth of product knowledge and strong MNC corporate management know-how. As the business transitions to a global print services company we have aligned our senior management skillsets to those activities which will deliver our 2020 vision”
