2nd Imaging Expo to Appeal to Growing Industry in South India

5,000 distributors, dealers, resellers, etc from the imaging industry, government executives and corporates are expected at the Imaging Solution Expo in Chennai, India.

The second imaging  Solution India Expo will be held in the bustling city Chennai (south India) on February 26-27-28, 2016, at Chennai Trade Center India, and the event is also being promoted by the leading trade association ICRRA.

Since the change of government in May 2014 in India, business has risen to a new level of optimism. The Narendra Modi (pictured) government has provided new incentives to help India’s thriving market to grow even stronger.

This means the market is not only big, but it’s also growing. Laser printers and consumables have witnessed a sharp growth during the last 2 to 3 years. Inkjet consumables are making a comeback as a low-cost alternative to laser. The color segment is growing very fast in both laser and inkjet segments.

Chennai is close to all the 5 South Indian states which account for nearly 40% of all printer consumable imports in India. This includes Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala with good access from all the major Indian cities.

“We observed that in all the imaging industry events anywhere in India nearly 35% come from South. These are quality and technology conscious people”, said Swapan Roy, organiser of the Imaging Solution Expo and also Publisher & Editor at the Roy Mediative Groups.
