10 Thousand Counterfeit Cartridges Seized in Nanjing

The police in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, China, attacked 4 workshops manufacturing fake toner cartridges with trademarks of HP and Canon, and seized more than 10 thousand counterfeit products. Also, 6 suspects involved in the case were captured.

According to Nanjing Daily, the police received a report and then they immediately made investigation. Finally they found the workshop sites and the warehouse where the fake products were stored.

he police asserted that the suspects collected used toner cartridges at low price and then refilled them by hand after the cleaning and drying process. These “refurbished” cartridges were labelled under the name of HP and Canon brand for sale.
