XPS Transfers Remanufactured Toner Cartridge Business to Pelikan

XPS B.V. will transfer its commercial activities relating to the remanufactured toner cartridge business to Pelikan Hardcopy Production as of 1 October 2015 as it has decided to focus solely on its OEM business.

According to XPS, customers may order from them before 30 September. After that date, their orders will be processed by Pelikan Hardcopy. Gino Blanco from the XPS sales team will be working for Pelikan Hardcopy, which will maintain continuity regarding customer knowledge and product know-how and thus ensure a smooth transition to Pelikan Hardcopy.

Janneke van der Steen, Managing Director of XPS B.V. explains: “XPS was looking for a trustworthy party in the market to which we could hand over our loyal customers of the remanufactured toner cartridge business. In Pelikan we have found a reliable and established name that will provide the attention and quality to which our customers are accustomed and deserve. By shedding the commercial activities of the remanufactured toner cartridge business, XPS will now be able to focus on its other line of business.”

Berrie Matse, vice president of Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG, is also delighted with this deal, “The transfer of remanufactured toner activities from XPS to us opens up new options for current XPS customers and will further boost sales.
