Vantage integrates billing with Xerox

Office supplies technology developer Vantage has integrated its service management solution with Xerox devices.

Its Vantage Online billing system is now compatible with both Xerox Device Agent (XDA) and Xerox Services Manager (XSM).

The partnership enhances the functional capabilities available to Xerox customers, enabling them to more efficiently manage their billing requirements.

Vantage Online polls the Xerox XSM database every day to identify and validate meter readings, then downloads them into its own information banks. Users also have the option to do this manually at any time should they want to obtain the latest readings, which are available via the online hub.

The solution now serves more than 40 Xerox partners in the UK, having initially partnered with XDA and XSM in 2014.

Vantage Managing Director Tony Milford commented: “We can now do so much more than was possible previously, helping dealers reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve profitability.”
