Two Brazilian MPS Providers Merge

Brazil-based MPS provider Office Total S.A. (Office Total) has acquired a MPS provider in Rio de Janeiro.

According to Business Wire, Office Total is a leading MPS provider in Brazil and a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital. Xsol Soluções Tecnológicas (Xsol), acquired by Office Total, primarily outsources and sells printers, and is among the top 3 purchasers of Xerox printers in Brazil.
