TonerCycle/InkCycle Offers Automatic Order Process

Digital Gateway, Inc., a subsidiary of ECi Software Solutions, announced the integration between its e-automate® P.O. Processor™ application and TonerCycle/InkCycle, an industry leader in remanufacturing technology for toner and inkjet printer cartridges.

According to ECi, by using the P.O. Processor application, customers of TonerCycle/InkCycle will be able to order ink and toner more easily. Also, the order process will be fully automated from order placement to receipt of shipping information to invoicing. The application will provide automatic bulk item price updates from TonerCycle/InkCycle and eliminate the need for manual pricing updates.
