This Week Today: “I was Offered Millions”

As we all know, the seven-year legal fight between Lexmark International and Impression Products finally came to an end when the Supreme Court of the United States, ruled in favor of Impression Products on May 30 this year.

Now the boss of Impression Products wants to share the story of his win against Lexmark in the US Supreme Court. Eric Smith stood alone from the 60 companies that were sued for using empty Lexmark cartridges imported from Canada.

That part is fairly well known What is not known is that Smith claims he was offered millions to dump the case.
