Setting Up a More Integrated Organization

Konica Minolta,Aftermarket A well-known global business solutions provider brand has launched a new comprehensive organization so that it can better meet the demands of its customers.

According to enxmag.com, Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc. (Konica Minolta USA) is integrating all aspects of the company’s services and support. It expects support from its channels in a bid to further develop its MPS businesses.

This new organization contains a call center, help desk, field service operations, the Solutions and Support division and a Global Client Services & Solutions Division.

The establishment of Workplace Hub later in 2017 will provide additional resources to back up Konica Minolta’s portfolio for workplaces in the future.

Rick Taylor, the president and CEO of Konica Minolta USA said, “This new organization will position us to deliver excellence during the implementation phase and customer support processes and gives way to our credo: IT on your terms.”
