Second Foreign Branch Opens in 2017

A Chinese manufacturer of compatible copier and printer supplies has furthered globalization agenda by acquiring a Spanish supplier of copier consumables.

According to CET Group (CET), the company has successfully acquired REPROVIGO EXPORT, S.L., one of the top three suppliers of copier consumables in Spain. The Spanish company is mainly focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese market. CET reveals that this merger will enhance the value chain of CET business, ranging from research & development, production to the end user. The merger can bring the company’s high-quality compatible products and services to Spanish and Portuguese customers. The company’s management localization in various branches will also be promoted.

CET states that its Spanish branch will operate by a local management team. CET will support its Spanish team and ensure its developing strategies are in line with the company’s corporate values.
