SCC Intros Chip Solutions to HP Pro M252 Series Printers

Static Control (SCC) has launched an exclusive line of replacement chips for use in cartridges used in the HP Pro M252/M277 series of printers (OEM SKU: 201A/X). The new first-to-market chips are said to “deliver OEM-comparable functionality, accurate reporting and are resistant to OEM firmware changes.”

According to SCC, HP Pro M252 series printers, an updated series of HP’s 1515 application, have been available in the market since March, 2015. The printer has two cartridges including the standard yield 201A cartridge and the high yield 201X cartridge.
