Samsung Rolls out First Mono Printer With a Separate Toner System

Samsung Electronics launched its first monochrome printer with a separate toner system. The company says that the new printer, SL-M2675F, is designed to offer fast, economical and high performance printing.

According to Samsung, the compact printer is ideal for small businesses. Also, featuring separate Imaging Units and Toner Cartridges, it enables users to replace one component without the other, so as to reduce waste and subsequent cost. Plus, with intuitive features like Easy Print Manager and One Touch Operation, the new release offers high performance printing, making it ideal for a fast-paced work environment.

Mr. Raj Varma, General Manager of IT Sales Group at Samsung Gulf Electronics, said, “As Samsung recognizes the unique requirements of small businesses and the increased demand for working on the go, we are pleased to introduce this high performance and compact printer to the regional market. Samsung underscored three key features of the SL-M2675F printer:

Powered by a 600MHz CPU and 128MB of memory, it can print complex documents at 26 pages per minute. The Cortex-A5 Core offers speeds 25.6% higher than the previous model.

Easy Print Manager combines print management into one easy-to- use system. Thus, users can view device information—such as, IP address and toner level—and set up scanning and faxing, through one simple interface.

With Samsung Easy Eco Driver, the SL-M2675F series is 20% more cost effective. Samsung Easy Eco Driver allows users to test various printer settings including percentage of CO?? electricity and paper used, to find out what works best.
