Ricoh to Raise Eco-Awareness

The Ricoh Group will launch “Ricoh Global Eco Action Month” starting June 1, with the aim to enhance eco-awareness and improve the quality of environmental management.

Ricoh states it will, for the eleventh straight year, conduct a special event, “Ricoh Global Eco Action 2016”, to encourage Ricoh Group employees to think about the environment and take eco action. It will also hold a “Common Action Day” on June 3 to echo the message of this year’s “United Nations World Environment Day”.

The theme for this year’s event is “Sharing the ‘eco mind’ together.” About 110,000 Ricoh Group employees around the world will participate in the activities and share environmental information through their networks.
