Reacquisition by Seller

Marc Spring—the president of Evolved Office—has taken back the ITEX trade show and the imageSource Magazine he originally founded.

Spring is excited on reengaging with ITEX again, after reacquiring the event and the magazine from the recent sale to InfoTrends and Buyers Lab (BLI). He is especially excited about refurbishing the format for the 2017 show to be held at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV.

“As the only vendor-agnostic event within our industry, ITEX has the unique opportunity to support dealers and help them build their local brands,” Spring says. “When the opportunity presented itself to reacquire the show, I didn’t think twice about ‘putting the band back together’ and taking on the challenge of transforming what ITEX has become into the innovative resource for dealers that I know it can be. ”

Spring has cooperated with InfoTrends and Buyers Lab (BLI) to elaborate an agenda for ITEX in order to offer the most relevant educational seminars and the most enlightening speakers in the industry to participants.
