Print-Rite Responds to False Rumors

The industry has heard yet another rumour. An article published by TonerNews.com suggests a possible acquisition of Katun, by Union Technology International (Macao Commercial Offshore) Company Limited (UTEC) and Print-Rite N.A. Inc. (PRNA).

A quick response to the rumors has been provided by UTEC and PRNA.

Their official statement is as follows:

“Union Technology International (Macao Commercial Offshore) Company Limited (UTEC) and Print-Rite N.A. Inc. (PRNA) noticed a rumour, dated 18 August 2016, that appeared on the website TonerNews.com relating to the acquisition of Katun Corporation by Mr. Arnald Ho of PRNA and/or UTEC.

“Although flattered at such a suggestion, we consider it important to clarify the said rumour is untrue. We have not acquired this prestigious company. Further, Mr. Arnald Ho said his companies have not received any proposal on the acquisition of Katun Corporation and there are no negotiations taking place relating to Katun Corporation.”
