OCP Ink to Reinstate Supply

In a latest announcement by OCP INK Ltd (OCP), the German company has been secured via asset acquisition and investment from the Senior team at Environmental Business Products Ltd (EBP). Instead of the cease of operation, OCP will now continue trading. The production facility, including its experienced team, technical know-how, R&D Lab, Sales & Marketing as well as New Product Development, will remain in Lage, Germany as it has for almost 25 years.

“Our first priority is to reinstate supply while also working to re-establish customer confidence, as we fully recognize that this is critical in achieving a win-win partnership under the new ownership,” Werner Rüegger, who will continue to serve as General Manager explained in the statement. “In line with this, we will be in contact within the next week to discuss time-lines, your customer specific operational considerations and our immediate next steps together,” he added.

EBP is one of Europe’s most significant and well-respected inkjet cartridge re-manufacturers, who for more than 25 years, have supplied private label inkjets to the most reputable market leaders including Office Depot, Q-Connect, InkClub, and also supply inkjets and toners under the globally renowned household brand Polaroid.
