INTEGRAL Acquires Bulk Toner Business from Pelikan

Germany-based Toner manufacturer INTEGRAL announced that it has reached an agreement with Swiss company Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG, to acquire its bulk toner business for use in Brother applications.

After the acquisition, INTEGRAL will be producing and supplying the bulk toner products for use in Brother, formerly developed by Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG, keeping the recipes and know-how and maintaining therefore the exact same quality and high standards known to customers. With this new business area, INTEGRALaims to bring continuity for former Pelikan customers as well as at widening its product range, by offering this new set of products to existing and new INTEGRAL customers.

According to INTEGRAL, Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG has been a leader in the manufacture of monochrome and colour toner powder, for the remanufacturing industry for Brother applications in Europe, supported by its high quality products.

INTEGRAL has an extensive toner production capacity that includes two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in Europe, with location in Oyonnax in France and in Kerken, Germany.
