Ninestar Releases Updated Product Solution For HP 564/364/178/862 Series

Ninestar recently introduced its updated cartridges for HP 564/364/178/862 series, the first responding solution in the aftermarket.

According to Ninestar’s technical engineers, HP updated its firmware design in printers Photosmart 5520 series (564/364/178/862 cartridges) at the end of 2013, and all the current aftermarket inkjet cartridges fail to get recognition or function in printers coming out since then.

Ninestar closely tallied the trends and became the first to release its updated cartridges this month. The Photosmart 5520 series printers were launched as hot sales in 2013.

The company’s engineer warns that such case might also happen to other hot-selling products of HP, consequently, cartridges may not be compatible with newly introduced printers, while they may still be compatible with the old ones.
