New Technology to Conquer Fuser Problems on Laser

A global leading manufacturer of printer components has introduced an advanced technology for solving overheating problems of laser printers.

According to Metrofuser, at present, the fusers on business class laser printers are easily worn. The company has cooperated with many other manufacturers to develop the Thermo/Seal technology for improving this problem. The new technology can help reduce the 50.x errors that usually appear on printers’ fusers, and thus significantly lower the warranties and call backs.

Will DeMuth, the Chief Operating Officer of Metrofuser said, “Despite being six times more expensive than traditional silicon products, we are leveraging Thermo/Seal as an investment. Thermo/Seal is a proprietary product and will be utilized across all Metrofuser fusing products however it will not be available for resale.”
