New Developer Rollers and PCRs Available

Hubei Dinglong Chemical Co., Ltd (Dinglong) has released a range of developer rollers and PCRs.

In order to better research, develop and manufacture developer rollers and PCRs for color printers, Dinglong set up a subsidiary company in Zhuhai 18 months ago. The subsidiary Dinglong New Materials Co., Ltd covers 4,000 square meters in size, with a total equipment investment of US$20 million. Its state-of-the-art vulcanizing, extruding, grinding and coating machineries promise OEM-equivalent products in quality and performance.

According to Dinglong, with the capacity of over three million rollers per month, the product lines will cover HP, Brother and Samsung color models. Made to OEM specifications, all rollers are designed to be “drop-in replacement items”. The entire production process is closely managed and controlled in this new facility.
