MPS Acquisition Promises New Workflow Efficiencies

A Canadian MPS solutions provider has expanded its business by acquiring an MPS company in Quebec.

According to CDN, SmartPrint Inc. (SmartPrint)—which has won HP’s Print Partner of the Year award and has achieved the No. 85 position on the CDN Top 100 Solution Providers list—has taken over DynaCharge Laser Inc. (DynaCharge). SmartPrint.
DynaCharge, which based in Montreal, has been providing customized and advanced MPS services to Canadian customers for 28 years. With this acquisition, clients of DynaCharge can expect to obtain efficient new document workflow processes and secure office printing from SmartPrint.

Tim Lomax, the president of SmartPrint said, “We’ve had a close working relationship with owners Doug and Wayne McGurk for over 20 years, and share their passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. DynaCharge will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SmartPrint, led by Wayne and his existing staff.”
